SEMINAR PRICES
Africential seminars run from 1 1/2-2 hours. For customized programs we will determine costs based on information including, but not limited to the topic, time, transportation, and industry information. Please contact us for additional info on rates and fees as we will work to have the most appropriate seminar for your group at the most cost efficient rate.
PAYMENT POLICY
Organizations and individuals may register for educational seminars posted or have a seminar customized for their particular needs. Once a seminar is booked, Africentials requires a 50% deposit to hold the date and time for sponsoring organizations. Upon our arrival for the seminar, payment is due in full. Clients who do not wish to make payments via the website may do so via the mail. Payments mailed, must be received prior to the start of the assigned seminar.
REFUND POLICY
100% refunds will be granted immediately in the event that Africentials cancels a seminar. Sponsoring organizations may receive a 100% refund for classes cancelled due to natural disaster or inclement weather and will be offered the opportunity to reschedule.
Organizations holding dates will forfeit their 50% deposit upon cancelation of seminar if the cancellation is less than two weeks before the assigned seminar.
